Brambles in Newbridge House Donabate are looking for an Assistant Manager.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
· Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a café or hospitality setting
· A passion for great coffee, food, and customer service
· Strong leadership and team motivation skills
· Ability to manage the café in the absence of the Café Manager
· Confident in handling customer queries, feedback, and complaints
· Organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
· Experience with ordering stock, managing waste, and overseeing daily operations
· Ability to train and support junior staff members
· Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining high service standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
