As our Assistant Floor Manager, you'll be at the heart of our floor operations—leading the team during service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the Managing Director with day-to-day running of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the floor team during service to deliver efficient, high-quality customer service.
- Maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety (HACCP, Covid compliance, etc.).
- Help with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and manage inventory tracking.
- Liaise with the kitchen, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with admin tasks including resource management and basic budget oversight.
- Contribute to promotions, marketing initiatives, and social media (as required).
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality/restaurant environment.
- Experience supervising a team.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and confident in handling customer queries.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- HACCP training and/or social media experience are desirable.
- Must be available to work 5 out of 7 days, including some weekends.

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
