●Role Summary
Assistant Manager: Assist daily store operations, manage staff, support the Store Manager with sales growth, inventory, and seamless client experience.
●Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations: sales floor, back‑of‑house, POS, and customer service
Support or lead staff scheduling, training, and performance
Drive sales through active selling, upselling, and clienteling
Manage inventory processes: stock receipts, transfers, audits, shrink control
Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained and refreshed
Monitor and report KPIs (sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, stock‑to‑sales ratio)
Uphold store operational policies: HR, health and safety, loss prevention, compliance
Resolve customer issues promptly and uphold exceptional guest experience
●Desired Experience & Qualifications
3+ years’ luxury or premium retail experience
Previous experience in assistant role
Strong leadership and team‑development skills
Excellent commercial acumen and data‑driven mindset
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Proficient in inventory management systems and basic computer tools
Highly organised, adaptable, and performance‑oriented
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Fluency in English; additional languages is a plus

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
