We have opened a brand new location in Cashel, and now we're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team.
The role will be on a Full Time basis (4-5 days per week), you must be available weekdays AND weekends.
Necessary criteria to apply:
- You've worked as a head barista or assistant manager in a similar environment
- Managed a team of servers/baristas
- Familiar with managing rotas for a shop
- Managed ordering and stock
- HACCP certified and have managed the food safety plan for a location

You will be serving great coffee, hot drinks, acai bowls, food and treats to the people of Cashel, all in adherence with HACCP guidelines. While maintaining a clean, friendly welcoming environment in the shop.

This job requires midweek shifts beyond the summer so will not suit someone in full time education.
