You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary focus will be on
- Providing a first class service to our customers, by actively engaging, listening and assessing their individual needs, to enable you to offer the range of products that best meet those needs;
- Working towards your individual sales targets;
- helping create a high performing, motivated and engaging culture within the team, with the aim of significantly increasing the number of customers using the 3 Ireland products & services
- coach, motivate and inspire the team, driving sales performance—both your own and that of your team—within a fun, competitive, and high-energy environment
- Ensuring the team delivers the best possible experience to our customers, by actively engaging with each customer.
Our Assistant Managers are our leaders of the future and assume responsibility for their store in the Store Manager's absence.
Lead by example and support and develop your team to ensure every sales advisor is equipped to reach their targets and contribute to overall store success

Essential Criteria
- Junior Cert or Equivalent (Pass in both Maths & English)
- A minimum of 12 months continuous direct sales/customer service experience in a relevant sector
- Fully Flexible and available to work within the Store’s operational hours
- Previous Supervisory Experience
Desirable Criteria
Previous experience in the sale of mobile phones / technology

The Package

Pay: €29,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
