About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially astute and relationship-driven Associate Director to join our Corporate Banking team in Dublin, focusing on the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure (PUI) sector. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape strategic client relationships, assess complex credit requirements, and contribute to the growth of our PUI portfolio. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver tailored financial solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead credit analysis, financial modelling, and prepare credit submissions for adjudication.
- Manage client relationships and day-to-day account activity, including compliance monitoring and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal product partners to deliver integrated banking solutions.
- Drive marketing efforts and support the annual client planning process.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments in the PUI sector.
- Contribute to strategic projects and ensure operational excellence across risk and compliance frameworks.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in corporate or investment banking, ideally within infrastructure, energy, or utilities.
- Strong credit analysis skills and familiarity with risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
