Associate Marketer, Northern Europe
HubSpot, the world's leading customer platform for scaling businesses, is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and detail-oriented Associate Marketer to join our Northern Europe team (covering the UKI, Nordics and Benelux market). In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives while managing key agency relationships and tracking campaign performance across the region.
As an Associate Marketer for Northern Europe, you'll play an important role in supporting marketing campaigns, managing external relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of various marketing activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs that drive awareness and generate demand for HubSpot in the North region.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive marketer with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Manage relationships with PR and influencer agencies, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring deliverables align with marketing objectives and timelines
- Support budget tracking and management across marketing programs, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Maintain campaign performance reports to showcase the results of campaigns in region
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns including events, webinars, and other initiatives by coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring all elements come together seamlessly
- Create marketing assets including landing pages, presentation decks, paid advertising materials, and social media posts to support campaign execution
- Work with third-party media partners to identify and execute advertising opportunities that build demand for HubSpot across Northern Europe
- Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to ensure campaign materials effectively support business objectives
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations, vendor management, and internal communications
We're looking for people who:
Required:
- Have 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Have supported the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, social media)
- Demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Have experience working with external agencies or vendors in a marketing context
- Possess analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Have experience with marketing automation platforms and CMS systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Excel at detail-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Have AI fluency and actively seek ways to integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
Nice to have:
- Experience with Canva, Asana and HubSpot
- Familiarity with the Northern Europe B2B marketing landscape
- Experience with budget management
- Knowledge of PR and influencer marketing best practices
- Event planning and coordination experience
