Part Time Kitchen Assistant required for a busy bakery.
Must be available to work between 8.00-6.00 Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities
- Assisting head bakers with baking, decorating and packing tasks
- Baking and decorating baked goods to a high standard
- Follow recipes as outlined by the company
- Follow instructions, but also have initiative to work efficiently alone
- Ensure all products meet the quality standard required by the company
- Liaise with management and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen environment
- Have excellent time management skills
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of a clean and organize kitchen environment
- Baked products include tarts, traybakes, scones, sponges, cookies, cheesecakes, occasion cakes.

- Experience of 1+ years in a similar role.

Hours and shifts
- Flexible shifts and hours across the day and week.
- Required to work additional hours during busy periods and over the duration of the Christmas period.
Notes
- This role is best suited for somebody who has a keen interest in the bakery world and wants to learn and gain more experience while working alongside an awesome team.
- Training will be provided.
- Free parking is available on site, driving is the most convenient way to reach us. DART / LUAS 15 minute walk. Buses 7,7A 7B, 45A, 111, 144,145.
