We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Bar Person to join our team.
The Role
As a Bar Person, you’ll be the face of our bar – serving drinks & food with a smile, keeping the atmosphere friendly and upbeat, and ensuring our members have the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- Taking and servicing food orders
- Delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Restocking and rotating bar products
- Working as part of a team to keep service smooth and efficient
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bar or hospitality experience
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in both verbal and written English
- Must have a valid work permit and be legally permitted to work in Ireland.
