Experienced bar staff supervisor required for a busy pub in Maynooth. We are a family run business and we are currently seeking dynamic and passionate bar staff to join our front of house team.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a bartender for a minimum of 2 years.
Ability to work both as a team and alone.
Good communicator, outgoing and friendly.
Checking I.D. to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Good working knowledge of food.
Be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Be capable of working as part of a team.
Be friendly and customer focused.
Making sure customer needs are met to highest standards.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Processing payments as soon as possible.
Bringing drinks and food to a customer’s table.
Continually replenish stock and clean the bar.
Cashing off tills at close of shift.
Key holder and responsible for security checks when locking up premise at night.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €31,129.66-€39,742.11 per year
