About Us
Brio Brunch is a busy café in the heart of Tralee, serving specialty coffee, fresh brunch dishes, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are expanding our team and looking for a Barista & All-Rounder to join us.
Role Overview
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be preparing quality coffee, assisting with food service, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and cold drinks
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Assist with food preparation and deli counter service
- Operate the till, take orders, and handle payments
- Support the day-to-day running of the café including opening/closing duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene (HACCP compliance)
Skills & Experience
- Previous barista or café experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a flexible and proactive approach
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
