Garrison Coffee Co is searching for a dedicated Barista to join our team. We’re after someone who delivers quality with every cup, thrives in a busy café setting, and makes guests feel looked after from the moment they walk in.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve top quality coffee, matcha, and our full menu of drinks
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Be a positive presence on shift, supporting your teammates and the overall flow of service
- Provide a warm, professional, and engaging customer experience
- Keep the workspace spotless, organised, and set to standard throughout the day
- Play an active role in ensuring smooth, energetic café operations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a busy hospitality environment
- Genuine passion for coffee, food, and excellent service
- Dependable and adaptable, able to handle pressure with ease
- Strong team player with clear, professional communication
- Attention to detail and pride in both technical skill and presentation.
