Full-Time Barista
Approx. 37.5 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced barista to join our team full-time. This role is not suitable for students due to the consistent schedule and hours required.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced café or coffee shop
- A genuine passion for coffee and great customer service
- Someone who is punctual, friendly, and works well in a team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask during busy periods
- Full availability across weekdays and weekends (no part-time hours)
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and hot drinks
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience for every customer
- Opening and closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting with stock rotation, waiting on tables and general café upkeep
- Staff food discounts available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.00 per hour
