We’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and ensure our customers enjoy the best coffee and service around.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the cafe, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Work well with the team to deliver a welcoming and efficient experience for customers.
- Handle stock management, ordering, and ensuring supplies are kept up.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance.
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in coffee preparation and service is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
