Serendipity shop & coffee, are looking to hire a barista to join our team. We are looking for somebody bright, bubbly and energetic, who enjoys working with the public. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one years barista experience, who enjoys working as part of a team but who has the ability to work alone. They must also be looking for a part-time position but be fully flexible to work any day Monday to Sunday.
Requirements
- Bright bubbly personality.
- Previous retail or customer facing roles required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Barista training is essential, minimum of 1 years experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekdays, weekends and early starting times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving good coffee.
- Selling wine, having an interest in wine would be an advantage.
- Stock rotation.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation of the shop area.
- Assisting customers with enquires and provide product recommendations.
- Adhere to all health, safety and security procedures.
- Following opening and closing standards.
