We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Bartender/Server to join our motivated F&B team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will provide a friendly and efficient service to guests while highlighting the menu and upselling where appropriate. The successful candidate will be passionate about F&B and love working in a fun and fast paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
· Greeting all guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
· Providing general assistance, directions and information regarding the hotel’s services.
· Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine.
· Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
· Up-sell and maximize sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
· Must be able to work a variety of shifts including lunch and dinner
Experience and skills
· Existing experience working in a hospitality environment
· Good presentation and attention to detail
· Organized and able to manage busy service periods
· Excellent customer service
· Fluent in English
