Bike Mechanic – Experienced Only | 360 Cycles

We’re looking for a highly experienced mechanic who thrives in a busy workshop, works well as part of a team, and is committed to developing their expertise for the long term.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional bicycle shop
- Ability to confidently perform all core mechanical tasks
- Must be able to communicate in at least one of the following languages: basic English, Russian, Lithuanian, or Polish (If you don’t speak English but know one of the other listed languages, English is not required.)
- Hands-on experience is essential — no training is provided
