We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant in Operational Readiness to support the planning, implementation, and assurance of operations and maintenance (O&M) systems for new rail and urban transit projects. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in the setup and management of O&M organizations, staff training, and support for commissioning and safety certification phases.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of safety driven Operational Readiness work streams for new rail systems, aligning with international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
- Design and implement training frameworks, including “train-the-trainers” programs, to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and capacity building for O&M staff.
- Support the setup and structuring of O&M organizations, defining operational procedures, re-source plans, and performance metrics.
- Manage and supervise testing, commissioning, and trial run phases, ensuring all operational systems are validated and ready for service.
- Contributing to operational risk assessments and safety cases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including system integrators, safety assessors, rolling stock experts, and regulatory bodies to ensure a cohesive readiness process.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in configuration management within large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, or safety-critical industries.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- MS Office i.e. at least intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as per business and client requirements
