Your Key Responsibilities
- Bone pork legs and other pork products with care and accuracy
- Maximise yield from all boning activity
- Carry out daily tasks to meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to safety, quality, and SOP procedures
- Maintain your workstation and equipment in a clean and orderly state
- Support production changeovers and minimise downtime
- Work collaboratively with Lead Hands, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Identify and report any issues with products, packaging, or machinery
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
