The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing or brand strategy professional to join a specialist team as an Insights & Brand Planning Specialist. You'll lead projects across DBA and CEP research, delivering actionable, insight-led reports for enterprise clients. This role is perfect for someone who understands the nuance of marketing effectiveness, can think like a planner, and enjoys translating data into strategic impact.
You'll be working directly with senior stakeholders, helping them improve their brand tracking frameworks and activation strategies using mental availability principles.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end project delivery across DBA and CEP research
- Crafting compelling, insight-led reports with strategic recommendations
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them interpret research findings and apply them
- Assisting in the creation of planning frameworks and activation strategies

Contributing to thought leadership efforts and content creation
Supporting the evolution of brand measurement tools with practical, client-informed viewpoints
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience in marketing effectiveness, brand strategy, or market research
- Experience working in or alongside marketing or brand teams (client-side, agency, or consultancy)
- Confident communicator and presenter, capable of leading workshops and pitches
- Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple client deliverables

Salary DOE €90,000*
- Also slightly more open to more junior applications who are ambitious and eager to learn fast and grow.
