Brand Audits
Completing store audits within our 180+ Smooch and Smooch Açaí sites around Ireland. Includes use of our CRM package and Safety Culture online platform.
Brand Training
Responsible for training staff within the Smooch and Smooch Açaí parlours including but not limited to; menu training, food safety, sales.
Reporting
Responsible for reporting to management on a weekly/monthly basis
NPD
Experience in new product development or creative ideas for seasonal flavour or LTO’s beneficial
Sales
Identify potential needs of customers to include upgrading current equipment and all aspects of the Smooch parlour.
Events
You may be asked to work at limited events throughout the year promoting the Smooch and Smooch Açaí brands.
Experience Required
· Full, clean driving licence.
· HACCP experience and knowledge essential including record keeping
· Training/Mentoring experience crucial
· Food industry experience beneficial
· Brand awareness: A clear understanding of brands and marketing
· Results driven
· Creative thinking
