Butlers Chocolate Cafés require a Retail Café Manager for our café at the Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick.
We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Retail Café Manager for our Butlers Chocolate Café at the Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick who is passionate about coffee and who thrives on a challenge.

The successful candidate will have:
- Ambition, confidence, enthusiasm with proactive attitude
- An interest in or passion for coffee and chocolate
- At least 1 years retail / catering supervisory experience
- Analytically thinking ability / Decisiveness / Forward Planning
- Strong customer service ethic
- Experience in staff training
- Roster & Stock Control skills
- Retail experience
- Initiative, enthusiasm and drive
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Good coffee knowledge & barista skills (and advantage however not essential)
- A positive, energetic & professional outlook
- An ability to thrive under pressure and manage challenging environments
