We are especially looking for someone with CREATIVE FOOD experience, Attention to Detail and good Presentation & hygiene standards.. Organised person. Strong communicator. Delegator.
Your responsibilities would include:
Small Food menu development & improvement.
Barista duties, General café duties, Training and supervising staff.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
Overseeing stock levels for online orders & Cafe Ordering supplies, ensuring timely delivery of said, Handling customer enquiries and complaints, Putting Customer First, Greeting and advising customers, Problem solving with a “Lets get it done” attitude.
Preparing and presenting sales reports, Keeping statistical and financial records of sales and wastage. Driving profitability while controlling costs.
A fun and creative role, with great freedom to self govern while working with a really great dedicated team who enjoy their jobs and feel rewarded.
Increase takings thru quality and consistency, help setting daily & weekly duties for staff, Handling administration and paperwork including logging purchases, expenses & till records.
Liaising with customers. employees and our suppliers.
Help in making improvements to the running of the business and developing the Cafe.
Must have HACCP Certification Must be able to time manage and plan ahead.
This role will provide the platform to the successful applicant to learn many management skills and good management habits.
2+ Years Solid experience needed in Industry.
Important note:
Strong ability to Plan, Delegate, Train staff & follow up on that training, Strong communication skills is a must.
Once you build a good team all else falls into place.
30-35 hours Weekly.
