What We're Looking For
- Full, clean driver's license (essential)
- Previous sales experience (motor trade experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially minded

- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Guide customers in choosing their next vehicle.
- Deliver a top-class experience throughout the buying journey.
- Manage the full process from enquiry to handover.
- Prepare and present vehicles to showroom standards.
- Maintain high showroom and display standards.
- Achieve defined sales targets and deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date on Nissan & Kia products, features, and accessories.
- Record accurate customer and vehicle data in our CRM system.
