Des Hughes Motors is looking for a Car Valeter / Detailer to join our busy and growing team in Portlaoise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning and detailing of both the interior and exterior of vehicles
- Preparing new and used vehicles to showroom standard
- Polishing, waxing, and buffing vehicles to a high finish
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the valeting bay
- Inspecting vehicles for cleanliness and reporting any defects or damage
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in car valeting or detailing is an advantage but not essential
- A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
