Permanent, Full-Time | 39 Hours per Week
Salary: €14.50 - €16.00 per hour + benefits

Requirements of Care Assistant:
- QQI Level 5 in healthcare (or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience in elder care
- OR Nursing/Allied Health/Healthcare -related Degree
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong supervisory and motivational skills
Key Responsibilities of Care Assistant:
- Deliver high-quality personal care to residents
- Motivate and support care assistants, and supervise assigned shifts
- Assist new residents and help them feel welcome and secure.
- Organise daily work plans with nursing staff.
- Support all aspects of residents’ daily living-washing, dressing, toileting, dining, social activities and companionship.
