Fikados Care Service now require an exceptional Care Manager In Cork who will assist in growing and managing a team of staff.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to oversee and assist in providing high standards of care to Vulnerable people.
Duties + Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective management of carer on boarding, carer rosters, carer training/development, and carer welfare.
- Use of One Touch Care Management System, to monitor daily activities with a strong emphasis on compliance.
- Use One Touch System to communicate effectively with HSE re existing packages of care and new packages.
- Ensure client care reviews are completed, in line with HSE standards and expectations.
- Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support our quality care.
Requirements
- Minimum QQI level 6, Health Service Supervisory/Management
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management/supervisor role
- Experience using One Touch Software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise your work load
- Time management skills
