We are looking for a responsible and proactive Caretaker Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment across our private property while ensuring the space remains welcoming and undisturbed for customers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empty and replace bins regularly to maintain cleanliness.
- Carry out daily litter picking across designated areas.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the property remains tidy and secure.
- Politely engage with members of the public who are loitering or causing a disturbance and kindly ask them to leave the premises.
- In cases of non-compliance or ongoing issues, contact An Garda Síochána (police) as necessary.
- Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance needs to management.
- Support any ad hoc cleaning or caretaking duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or caretaking experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A calm and respectful approach when dealing with the public.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
Shifts
- Monday to Thursday
- 5:30pm-9:30pm
- Weekend availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50 per hour
