About Us:
We are a busy and popular takeaway known for great food and fast, friendly service. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Front of House / Catering Assistant to join our team and help deliver excellent customer experiences during peak hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the till and handle cash/card payments
- Pack and prepare orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area
- Assist with basic food preparation when needed
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Follow health and safety and food hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods
- Previous experience in hospitality, takeaway or retail is a bonus but not essential
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
