What you'll do:
- Lead, motivate, and support the catering team to deliver excellent service.
- Manage staff rosters, leave requests, and ensure operational cover at all times.
- Oversee cash handling and EPOS systems, training team members in compliance.
- Ensure HACCP and food safety documentation is up to date and compliant.
- Drive high hygiene and cleanliness standards across all service areas.
- Deliver staff training, inductions, and regular team huddles to promote Sodexo values.
- Support food preparation, service, and presentation to company standards.
- Respond to incidents, feedback, and management requests promptly and professionally
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within catering, hospitality, or food services.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Confidence in managing rotas, staffing needs, and operational priorities.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to support occasional events, overtime, and special functions.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
