Sherpa Kids provides Before School Care, After school and Holiday Childcare to children in the areas of Corkduring term time and non-term time (school holidays).
- Start Date: 18 August 2025 to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.
- Job Types: Permanent
- Salary: Starting from €14.76 p/h
- Locations: Cobh
- Hours: 1-6pm
- Positions: Programme Assistant
Duties include:
- Supervise children during activities and free play
- Assist with homework and educational tasks
- Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
- Assist with games, crafts, and group activities
- Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
- Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
- Own car required
- 2 written references checks required before starting.
