Due to staff promotion we currently have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager position in our Rathfarnham centre. Minimum of one years previous management experience is essential.
Requirements for this Management position:
- Minimum Level 6 in Childcare and Supervision but ideally FETAC Level 7/8 in Early Years Education
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with Families, children, and staff as well as fellow managers and directors.
- Proven ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, including the ability to organise, plan, and prioritize tasks
- Exceptional communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation
- Ability to manage complex employee relations issues
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
