Job description
Sherpa Kids provides Before School Care, After school and Holiday Childcare to children in the areas of Douglas during term time and non-term time (school holidays).
- Start Date: 28 August 2025 to allow for adequate training, reference checks and garda vetting.
- Job Types: Permanent
- Salary: Starting from €14.76 p/h
- Locations: Douglas
- Hours: 1:00-6pm or 1:30-5:30pm
- Programme Assistant
Programme assistant
- Assisting with the day-to-day activities in a caring and fun environment.
- Engaging in a variety of planned activities (both indoor and outdoor) with the children each day.
- Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 1 year)
Requirements:
- Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
- Work Permit/ VISA essential (for more than 20 hours a week)
- at least 2 written references checks required before starting.
