Job Title: Childcare Manager
Location: Maynooth

Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
Tots Childcare is seeking an Experienced Childcare Manager to lead our thriving childcare center in Maynooth as our current manager has been promoted to Area Manager. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can bring their expertise to ensure our center continues to deliver outstanding care and education to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare center
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and staff
- Manage staff, budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Foster strong relationships with parents, maintaining excellent communication and care standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing a crèche or other childcare facility OR extensive childcare management experience
- Level 6 QQI qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A passion for early childhood development and creating a safe, happy space for children

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
