Our core work includes:
· Traffic management
· Vehicle restraint systems (VRS/road crash barriers)
· Kerbing, ducting, footpaths, signs, bollards, road markings
· Vegetation clearance works
We’re known for keeping projects clean, safe, and efficient, and we’re looking for a hands-on foreman who shares our teamwork values and can help us deliver quality results every time.
The Role
This isn’t just a foreman’s job, it’s an opportunity to lead from the front, work alongside a skilled crew, and take pride in delivering projects to the highest standards.
You will:
· Plan and set up safe, compliant worksites
· Read and work from drawings with accuracy
· Lead and motivate a small, capable crew
· Manage materials and maintain tidy, safe work zones
· Communicate clearly with head office and keep accurate records
· Travel to sites across Ireland (with rare overnight stays — expenses covered)
· You may also work on VRS or bridge maintenance projects, adding variety to your role
· Every project you lead will contribute to building safer, smarter infrastructure for the communities we serve
What We’re Looking For:
· Full B licence - you’ll be on the road
· Safe Pass & Manual Handling
· Hands-on experience in civil works (kerbing, ducting, signage, etc.)
· Ability to read drawings and complete job sheets
· Strong leadership skill – able to motivate, support, and guide your crew
· A proactive, can-do approach to problem – solving
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
· CSCS: Signing & Lighting, Mini Digger, Dumper
· C or CE Driving Licence
· Managerial or technical experience
· Highway work background
