About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners with experience to join our team in maintaining short term rental properties across Dublin. This role requires individuals who take pride in delivering spotless, welcoming spaces for guests while working efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare Airbnb like properties to a high standard between guest stays
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish essentials
- Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised
- Report any damages, maintenance needs, or missing items promptly
- Follow checklists to maintain consistency and guest satisfaction
- Work to tight turnaround times between check-in and check-out
Requirements:
- Previous professional cleaning experience (Airbnb, hotel, or short-term rentals preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness are essential
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland
