Job Title: Carpark Cleaner (Ride-On Scrubber Dryer Operator) and external area cleaner

Job Hours: 30hrs per week with add ons
Rate: €14.80 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Operate ride-on scrubber dryer to efficiently maintain the carpark surfaces.
- Clean and stock designated areas using machinery such as scrubber dryers, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Document cleaning activities using provided checklists for thoroughness and detail.
- Notify management of machinery issues, defects, or required stock for supply rooms.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations related to machinery use.
- Ensure professional execution of tasks, following safe work systems and risk assessment guidelines.
- Wear specified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintain high personal standards of work, hygiene, and appearance.
- Report machinery or building defects promptly to the supervisor/management team.
- Attend company meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Proficient in operating cleaning machinery, especially ride-on scrubber dryers.
- Well-presented, trustworthy, and punctual, with strong teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management, initiative, and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous.
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
