Area Cleaning Supervisor – Dublin & Surrounding Counties (Part-Time)
Rate: €15.50/hour
Pay Structure:
- Paid 1 hour per assigned site
- +0.5 hour travel allowance for adjacent counties (Wicklow, Meath, Kildare)
- +1 hour travel allowance for inter-county cover beyond adjacent areas
Initial Assignment: 3 evening shifts per week in Wicklow County (to test long-distance cover ability). Additional Dublin and county sites may be assigned based on performance.
Location: Dublin and nearby counties
Transport: Own car required
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee part-time cleaners across multiple sites. While each site has its own main cleaner, you must cover shifts without exception when cleaners are unavailable (e.g. holiday, absence, or resignation).
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaners across assigned sites
- Ensure company hygiene standards are met
- Step in and cover shifts when required
- Report directly to manager
- Carry out general cleaning duties when covering
Requirements
- Previous cleaning industry experience in Ireland (mandatory)
- References from Irish managers (preferred)
- Must have valid driving licence and own vehicle
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings/weekends when needed
