We have an exciting opportunity for a customer services expert to join our fantastic team. We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Dublin offices of a well-known client for Portico in the financial services industry! A Guest Services Host is the go-to role for supporting the day to day needs of our clients, delivering an exceptional working environment and a 5* Visitor experience.
Working alongside our Guest services Team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. Supporting areas such as, Main Reception, Executive Client Meeting Suites, Internal Meeting Rooms, Back of House (floor management to support the Property Services Team), Events & Hosting (ad hoc overtime required, guest registration & support). Core to your role will be the ability to form trusted relationships with our client and colleagues. You will work directly with the wider Property Services Team, exposed to many aspects of facilities management and responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of our client's flagship office.
Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will provide a friendly, larger than life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests.
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service & will be required to work in the clients second location on an ad hoc basis for holiday cover.
