About the Role
As the Client Services Manager, you'll be the key bridge between our valued clients and trusted sales partners. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning ideas into results, and takes ownership of performance.
You’ll be responsible not only for maintaining and enhancing current partnerships but also for scouting new business opportunities, ensuring the team consistently exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Sales Partner Liaison: Work closely with external sales partners to streamline communication, feedback, and performance alignment.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
- KPI & Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators. Implement strategies to improve outcomes across campaigns and partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support wider business objectives.
