Job Advert PostingWe are currently hiring five Clinical Data Science Associates to join our diverse and dynamic team in Dublin (Office based). If you're a recent graduate with a passion for data and an interest in making a difference in healthcare, this is your opportunity to kick-start your career at ICON.
As a Clinical Data Science Associate at ICON, you’ll work hands-on with clinical trial data, helping us uncover insights that support the development of new treatments. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous learning, and you'll be contributing to meaningful work from day one.
What you will be doing:
Analysing clinical trial data using statistical techniques and creating visualisations to identify trends and patterns
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with study protocols
Supporting the development of analytical models and tools to improve how we handle and interpret data
Preparing reports and presentations that clearly communicate your findings to a range of stakeholders
Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments in data science to help us innovate and improve
Your profile:
A degree in statistics, data science, life sciences or a related field
Some experience in data analysis, such as academic projects, internships or entry-level roles, ideally in a clinical or research setting
Familiarity with statistical software and data visualisation tools
Great attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset
Dublin based - this role is an office based position
