We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Clinical Operations Assistant to join our growing team at our Head Office.
Job Summary:
The Clinical Operations Assistant plays a key administrative role in ensuring the smooth operation of our audiology clinics. This position involves direct communication with patients, handling hearing aid logistics, managing clinic stock, and supporting clinical scheduling and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and track hearing aid repairs, including liaising with manufacturers and clinics.
- Contact patients to arrange payments and dispatch hearing aid consumables.
- Organise courier collections and deliveries for all clinic locations.
- Conduct regular stock takes at Head Office and support external clinic stock management.
- Collect and process patient payments, both in person and remotely.
- Book and manage clinical appointments across all locations using our internal systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinical and operations teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or patient services preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using scheduling/CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
