We are currently seeking a Clinical Sample Processor II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Clinical Sample Processor II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of inNvative treatments and therapies.
What you will be doing
  • Receive, process, and prepare clinical samples for analysis according to study protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform complex sample accessioning, labeling, and documentation tasks accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the maintenance of inventory for sample storage and tracking systems, ensuring proper storage conditions and timely retrieval for analysis.
  • Coordinate sample shipments, logistics, and data management activities in collaboration with laboratory staff and study teams.
  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of laboratory processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control procedures.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or equivalent experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Previous experience in sample processing, laboratory operations, or clinical research.
  • Proficiency in laboratory safety protocols, sample handling procedures, and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
