The impact you will have
Are you an experienced Clinical Professional looking for a new challenge? Arjo is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Ireland sales team and help us achieve our vision of being the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges in the acute, long-term care, and community areas within the HSE, Nursing Home, and private sector.
As a Clinical Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with our Commercial team to enhance clinical outcomes and insights within our customer base. Your role will involve supporting improvements in patient outcomes by promoting Arjo's positive 8 strategies, providing product training, and delivering insight education. You will ensure these strategies are effectively integrated into working practices.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clinical evaluation support throughout the buying process.
- Provide product education and training post sales.
- Advice and guidance on equipment selection.
- Clinical ward walks to align equipment use to patient need.
- Provide customer education programs, forums, study days and attend national exhibitions.
- Carry out pressure ulcer prevalence surveys and outcome related planning and monitoring.
- Carrying out clinical patient handling assessments such as ‘Insights’ in line with the agreed regional strategy.
- Provide added reassurance and a commitment to improving both clinical and cost effectiveness for our partners and their patients.
- Key Stakeholder engagement within our customer base to create reference sites and Arjo ambassadors and KOL’s.
- Cross functional working within all divisions of Arjo to support sharing knowledge and team building.
- Monitor and report on personal, customer, market and competitor activities and provide relevant forecasts, reports and information as required directly or within our CRM system, Salesforce.
- Keep up to date with the Arjo product range, attend relevant training. Share knowledge and expertise with the team and new colleagues.
The skills you will need:
- RGN or similar Professional Healthcare Qualification essential e.g. physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
- Experience of working within a healthcare environment.
- You must be able to deal with customers confidently in a variety of situations e.g. demonstrations, presentations and ward visits.
- Ability to have or develop negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle a range of customer contracts
- Knowledge and understanding of current HSE & Private Hospital sector dynamics in the IRELAND along with long-term care nursing homes and private community users.
- Ability to engage with clients at senior levels and assess their operational needs e.g. training requirements, developing care improvements and HIQA accreditation
- Ability to foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and enable communication and knowledge sharing
- Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment
