Our partner is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join an established engineering team at a world-renowned precision engineering company. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating advanced CNC machines to manufacture high-precision components for the Medical and Aerospace sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects within a highly respected organization.
Role: CNC Programmer and Operator - 3-axis machines
Overall Objective: As a key member of the Engineering team the CNC Programmer will program, tool & set up CNC 3-axis machines.
Reporting to: Floor Manager
Required Qualifications
· Skills / Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a CNC Machinist
- Strong understanding of machining techniques and strategies
- Problem-solving mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in medical device or aerospace industry is an advantage
