Due to continued expansion we require a Commissioning Manager for Dublin-based projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project commissioning for data centre projects
- Ensure familiarisation with and compliance to contract documents and procedures
- Oversee all stages of the project: Pre-construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
- Co-ordinate information and details in time for project delivery activities
- Ensure implementation of MEP deliverables on the project
- Ensure all M&E works are carried out to the highest safety standards
- Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
Requirements
- Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services, M&E, or Trade
- 5–7 years' experience in building services coordination
- Previous main contractor experience preferred; ideally with experience on data centre or industrial projects
- Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications
