This isn’t your typical PR gig. You’ll be the storyteller-in-chief, the brand amplifier, and the narrative architect behind one of the fastestgrowing employee experience platforms on the planet. Think thought leadership campaigns, media spotlights and launching bold new narratives that shake up the status quo. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who doesn’t wait for headlines, they make them. You’ll be the go-to for all things PR and communications, working closely with our brand, marketing, and global comms team to elevate Workvivo’s voice across every channel.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a bold, curious, and unapologetically ambitious brand and marketing team. We move fast, think big, and love what we do. We’re not just building a brand — we’re building a movement around employee experience, and we need a comms superstar to help us lead it. You’ll work directly with our Head of Brand and partner across departments, from sales and product to customer advocacy, to unearth the stories that matter.
Responsibilities
Owning the global communications strategy, from pitch to placement
Crafting bold, original narratives that cut through the noise and create demand Building relationships with tier-one media, analysts, and industry influencers
Securing speaker engagements, podcast spots, and new media coverage Creating compelling thought leadership campaigns
Aligning internal stakeholders across Workvivo by Zoom, marketing, product, and exec teams
Uncovering customer stories that highlight our impact
Leading communications for major events
What we’re looking for
Bring 7+ years of comms experience, a fast-growth B2B tech environment
Demonstrate proven success in building brand recognition in competitive markets
Write clear, clever, and irresistible copy: from press releases to pitches
Think strategically about comms as a growth lever, not just a support function
Thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, ownership, and boldness matter
Roll up your sleeves to get things done; you’re both strategic and scrappy Challenge the norm: you don’t just react to the news cycle, you shape it
Manage agencies like a boss: setting high bars and pushing for excellence
