We are hiring skilled Concrete Flooring Finishers to join our team IN Dublin. a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, form, level, reinforce, and cure concrete flatwork
Operate power tools and equipment such as ride-on trowels, screeds, and floats
Finish concrete surfaces to high tolerance using ride-on power floats
Joint and edge concrete slabs with precision
Repair, patch, and restore damaged or existing concrete surfaces
Accurately estimate timeframes for project completion
Maintain clear and effective communication with on-site teams and office-based support
Requirements:
Valid SafePass or CSR Card
Previous hands-on experience in concrete finishing, especially high-spec floor slabs
Proficiency with ride-on power floats and finishing machinery
Ability and willingness to travel for work assignments
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle unforeseen jobsite challenges professionally
Desirable (Nice to Have):
A valid driver’s license
Experience working in international environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €16.87-€24.16 per hour
