We are curranty looking experience Construction Compliance & Safety Officer to join our team in Wicklow.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine on-site safety and compliance checks
Ensure correct installation of timber frame systems and structural fixings
Encourage and uphold a culture of safe working practices
Travel regularly to various sites within the region
Document findings and maintain inspection reports
Liaise closely with site crews and project leadership
Learn and grow through structured training and mentorship
Who You Are:
Experienced in carpentry, timber frame assembly, or general construction
Curious about moving into compliance, inspection, or safety roles
Detail-oriented, with a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving
Capable of working solo and communicating effectively
Holder of a full Irish driving licence (or close to getting one)
Dependable, well-organised, and motivated to progress your career
