Role: Construction Plant Fitter
Location: County Meath

About Us:
Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across Ireland and the UK. Due to ongoing growth, we’re expanding our Engineering team and seeking experienced Mechanics/Fitters to join our us.
We welcome applications from candidates with backgrounds in forklift trucks, plant machinery, agricultural equipment, HGVs, passenger vehicles, or similar machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Servicing and maintaining diesel, LPG and electrical materials handling equipment.
- Fault finding and completing planned preventative maintenance and pre delivery inspection of forklift trucks.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly working area including common areas
- Completing job cards and ensuring all required parts to complete tasks are ordered.
- Providing a professional and friendly customer service experience.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Relevant technical qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
